Have you heard someone say “best day ever”? It usually said tongue-in-cheek but what if it was an actual assignment? What if you really did have to craft what you think is the best day ever, for you? Do you really know yourself that well? Would you find that you’re just going through the motions on most days? That you’re not nearly as present and in control as you think?

I did.

Let’s suppose you can articulate the “best day ever”, then what? Is it possible to put that into action? Could you wake up whenever you feel like it, respond to emails only a few times a day? You might be surprised at what is possible when you know what winning looks like.
