What is enough? Have you done enough today? How do you know when you’ve done enough?
These are tougher questions to answer than they may appear on the surface. It means that you have to first know what you’re doing and then know if you’ve done enough today, to feel good about your effort. If you’re an athlete you might ask if you gave it your all and left it all out on the field. If you’re a parent you might ask if you spent enough time with the ones you love.
